Getting ready
The couple and bridesmaids get ready in the castle's suites. Breakfast served, quiet corridors, first glances in the mirror.
Wedding venue · Romagna · Tuscany
One single day, an entire castle all to yourselves. Ceremony in the courtyard, drinks on the loggias, dinner in the historic halls, dancing under the stars.
Your day
When you choose the castle, you choose an entire castle. No overlaps, no rushing, no other wedding's guests walking the same corridors. For one day, these walls belong only to you, and to the people you love.
We're with you from the first viewing to the morning after, with Michelle and Cesare: in-house wedding planners who know every corner of the castle and every vendor in Romagna. Everything tailored by hand to your story.

The day
Every wedding is different, but time inside the castle follows a natural rhythm. This is the day we imagine for you — then it will be yours to write.
The couple and bridesmaids get ready in the castle's suites. Breakfast served, quiet corridors, first glances in the mirror.
A symbolic or civil ceremony in the Courtyard of Honour, beneath the linden trees. A hundred chairs, a white runner, and five centuries of history as the backdrop.
Cocktails and finger food under the upper porticoes, while the couple slip away with the photographer. The castle breathes at sunset.
A gala dinner in the frescoed hall, tall candles, long imperial tables. The menu is written with a chef who speaks the language of Romagna.
Back to the courtyard for dancing. DJ or live band, a first waltz — then the party moves down to Le Chateau Club, the castle's own private club: music and lights until the small hours. It ends whenever you like.
By the numbers
One couple a day, five historic halls, two gardens, five suites for you and your dearest guests. No compromises.
The castle comes with a team. Wedding planner, butler, vendor coordination. You focus on each other, we take care of the rest.
Michelle and Cesare follow you personally, from the first meeting to the cutting of the cake. They know every corner of the castle.
The castle is licensed for legally binding civil ceremonies: your official yes, within the 1564 walls.
Menus designed with local chefs. Romagna on the plate, elegance in the presentation.
Centrepieces, ceremony arches, decor for every room. Seasonal, never predictable.
Crystal, china, linen tablecloths. The castle's own pieces, at your disposal.
Photo, video, music, hair, dress: our network or yours. No judgement.
Coordination and direction before, during and after: rehearsals, the day's timeline, every hiccup handled before you notice.
Your wedding night is included. Breakfast in your room, check-out at noon.
Four extra suites can be booked for family. Preferential rates.
Private parking for 80 cars. Shuttle service from hotels on request.
The castle's own private club. After the dancing the party carries on: DJ and lights until the small hours.
Historic halls ready to stand in for the gardens. Same magic, indoors.
Three formats
Three formats as a starting point. Everything is customisable, nothing is set in stone — except the castle.
For small weddings, up to 40 guests. One hall, one garden, an intimate atmosphere.
The complete experience. The entire castle from morning to dancing, up to 150 guests.
For international couples. Three days within the walls: welcome dinner, wedding, brunch.

Your questions
The questions couples ask us most often. If you have others, just write to us — we always answer in person.
Just one. When a couple chooses the castle, they choose it entirely. You won't share spaces, timings or staff with any other event.
150 guests for dinner in the historic halls, up to 200 for cocktails and an outdoor ceremony in the gardens. We also work well with weddings of 30 people.
Yes. The bridal suite is included in the Complete Castle package. The other 4 suites can be booked for family and close friends, at preferential rates.
Yes — and it is legally binding: the castle is licensed to host civil ceremonies, so your official “I do” happens within the 1564 walls. For a religious ceremony, there are historic churches a few minutes away — we handle the coordination.
Yes, most of our couples come from outside Italy. A bilingual IT/EN wedding planner, vendors experienced with destination weddings, and support with paperwork and logistics.
The historic halls are the perfect plan B. The ceremony and dinner move indoors into five different spaces, each with its own personality.
For peak season (May–September) we recommend 12–18 months ahead. For other seasons, 6–9 months is enough.
